I had 0 expectations for this one but the person in the lobby was pretty cool. Very nice actually... checked us in already and it was around 1030pm. Lot of room for improvement in the rooms lol... but you won't be disappointed.

5 stars! I left my watch in the room. The worker had it mailed out same night. Customer service is everything and he was great. Thanks again we will be back!
Very welcoming managers helped me get settled into my room after a long drive. I drove from San Diego and I was very tired. The room was clean and and well designed. It’s very close to everything! The managers made a nice breakfast and had tea and coffee. Basic breakfast but items like stuff to make PB and jelly sandwich, they always put out plenty of instant some ramen and one morning they made some unique curried eggs. They were always smiling and that’s what makes a great stay with attention to detail and good service! I will definitely recommend the inn to friends!
It's not your Hilton, but it gets the job done on the fly! Clean room, restroom. We'll stocked with a mini fridge and microwave available to use in each room! Parking can be a hassle if you come in to late at night.
Hello Everyone, I stayed over at this Hotel, I enjoyed my visit and I was afraid for some of the reviews I read but I always like to try things on my own first, and I can tell the people working here were really kind, there’s parking outside and around I only had one car so it was super easy to park but if you bring more there’s more spaces available. The room was nice and clean, there was a microwave and mini fridge, I asked for extra blankets, but there’s ac and heater working good. ((no smart tv but there’s cable, I would bring my IPad next time to watch Netflix)) good WiFi. Super close to the village and the ski resort. I’ll stay over again every time I come snowboarding Have Fun guys. ((The “continental Breakfast” is going to be coffee or tea, and there’s toaster and bread you can make a jelly sandwich, that’s it)) so bring food if you like to eat a lot for breakfast, I was satisfied with a coffee and a jelly toast. There’s a PITA PIT near by opens at 10am so good ! God Bless y’all.
I booked this place last second on memorial weekend because of the Lee Vining fire. Originally, I was headed to Bridgeport but my plans got changed. The manager accommodated my every needs, and even offered help with storing my frozen fish for me. I decided on staying another night after labor day because the fishing was hot, and the manager helped give me a better rate than posted online. Will 100% return and stay in the Ventura Grand Inn.
I stayed here for a week in October after a week at Mammoth Mountain Inn. From the outside I didn't have high hopes, especially since the pricing was half of what i spent at Mammoth Mountain. I was surprised by how large and clean the rooms were (stayed in 3 different rooms). They are doing outside renovations currently but have clearly already taken care of the inside. Great front desk service. I will definitely come back here or recommend to others.
